Boat Cruise Part of Caledonia's 75th celebration.
A boat cruise aboard the Yankee Lady 3 to celebrate the end of our 75th
year celebrations was taken on July 27th 2002. Caledonia members and their wives
along with brother Masons and wives and guests were in attendance. There was a
great turnout and a good time was held by all.
The cruise went in and around the Toronto islands and the inner
harbour
and as far out as the Toronto Exabition and Toronto Island airport.
The boat was the Yankee Lady 3 which
is moored at the foot of Yonge street in Toronto. Designed and constructed by
the owners, Yankee Lady 3 is a sleek looking 115 foot, mega yacht capable of
carrying 300 passengers. She features 3 decks including a 360 degree
observation deck. Her interior is appointed with brass ceilings, tinted windows,
leather chairs and is fully carpeted. The main deck seats 130 guests, has a
formal dance floor, excellent sound systems, a massive bow area and a buffet at
the stern of the ship. The second deck seats 50 guests inside and has a large
outside piano.
